Its a boy!!

So I know that all of you already know that our baby is going to be a boy. But for the sake documenting Abram's early life or before birth or whatever I want to add his newest ultrasound to the blog.

Apparently Abram was playing hide and seek behind the placenta. He's already so playful!!

The long white thing is his spine and his skull in on the left side of the picture.

The next two pictures clearly show that our baby is a little boy! He was showing off his stuff.

We were really just so excited to be able to find out the gender of our baby (and glad that he wasn't crossing his legs and being shy!).

Baby Weidner

We were very lucky to be able to see an early ultrasound of our baby so the doctors could check his/her heartbeat. It was so amazing to see the baby moving and wiggling around. I got to see him/her stretching its little arms and crossing its legs. It was such a special experience!!

Harvest Days

Every year Midvale City celebrates its birth with a week of activities. We were able to attend one of these this year. We went to the Harvest Days parade Saturday morning to take pictures for Walter's job and to test out our new camera.

We helped watch our niece Addi and Xander during the day which kept us pleasantly entertained.

Saturday night we watched fireworks at the Fire Water and Ice festival in Kearns after an amazing barbecue with Walter's side of the family.

Last weekend Jeff and Gwen Litster invited us to come eat dinner and play games with their family. The dinner was delicious and we had a great time with the games. Jeff introduced us to this card game called Dominion. It was probably one of the funnest card games we've ever played, so we highly recommend it :).
